Frankie joined The H Team as a sales representative in December 2022. With years of automotive experience under his belt, he's excited to bring his high energy and customer-centric service to our South Burlington location. Before his jump into the automotive world, he worked for nearly two decades in the restaurant industry managing casual and upscale restaurants across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Denver CO. The pandemic severely impacted the restaurant industry and in early 2020 Frankie decided to explore new opportunities. Frankie loves traveling with his family to experience new places and cultures. When he's not working or spending time with his family, he can be found in the gym, playing guitar, or in the kitchen.

We went to Toyota Heritage to confirm our online research and Frankie nailed it. He was fast, professional, and knew what buyers who have done their research needed to go through. No extra hoops, no up-sales, no-"what about this car". In the age of internet shopping and knowing what you want, Frankie is the one for you. He knows his product, knows his customers, and is the one you want to talk to/deal with. Frankie also goes above and beyond waiting with you while finance finishes paperwork. Ask him about the local eats and the good hot spots while you wait for finance, and he knows it too. When you walk in, ask for Frankie. Do not get directed elsewhere, ask for Frankie. More
