Frankie joined The H Team as a sales representative in December 2022. With years of automotive experience under his belt, he's excited to bring his high energy and customer-centric service to our South Burlington location. Before his jump into the automotive world, he worked for nearly two decades in the restaurant industry managing casual and upscale restaurants across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Denver CO. The pandemic severely impacted the restaurant industry and in early 2020 Frankie decided to explore new opportunities. Frankie loves traveling with his family to experience new places and cultures. When he's not working or spending time with his family, he can be found in the gym, playing guitar, or in the kitchen.

I just bought a RAV4 and Frankie was essential for our purchase. He was really patient, listen to all our needs, answer our questions, took us for a test drive. Frankie saw me wandering around the Heritage dealership looking at displays and he was the first one to greet me and ask if he could help me. He was very easy to converse with and helped me determine that looking at displays and he was the first one to greet me and ask if he could help me. He was very easy to converse with and helped me determine that the Highlander was not the best fit for me, but the RAV4 Prime was! Later, while I was out on a walk, Frankie found a new 2023 Supersonic Red RAV4 Prime scheduled to get loaded on a truck and be transported to Heritage. He put a hold on it for me and when it was delivered and got detailed, I arrived to find it being charged and it had a SOLD sign on it with my name! And Frankie was so helpful when we had a difficult time getting our credit bureau file unlocked and demonstrated all of the features and controls on the car, patiently answering all questions. I highly recommend Frankie and the Heritage Toyota dealership, they were fantastic! More

Frankie overcame adversity when the first car we looked at with him, was not drive able (was at collision center under going rehab). Apparently someone had not informed him of the updated car status!
