Good experience all around, and particularly with Frankie. After an initial call about a vehicle which turned out already sold, he offered up another that was pretty much what I was looking for, but Frankie. After an initial call about a vehicle which turned out already sold, he offered up another that was pretty much what I was looking for, but was not listed on the web yet as it might have been in too recent. I went down right away to check it out without any appointment. It appeared the overall dealership was a good bit busy (mid afternoon), but was greeted immediately and went to work on going through the desired vehicle and a test drive - all great given the newness of the vehicle and my on the fly visit. Settled on buying the vehicle right then, got through all the paperwork on the sales and payment side real smooth, real quick, and no pressure. I lucked out that the vehicle I wanted happened to be on the lot (tricky these days...) but otherwise the sales process with Frankie was fully professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. More
