After that Frankie came out and introduced himself to us and sat with us for a bit while paperwork was getting ready and even recommended a restaurant for dinner tonight and printed out a menu. We then headed to the dreaded paperwork signing and Mike Fazio made it 1-2-3 and out. Great teamwork and environment at this dealer and everywhere you walk you get a smile and a hello. Steve was courteous and knowledgable and helped us through the initiation and completion of the transaction and was a pleasure to work with. Steve did an excellent job of taking in the old car and getting us acclimated with our new car.
