1. The person I set an appointment with left for the day before my appointment and I had to complete my transaction with someone else. 2. The car I came to see had trash in it. 3. I bought the car and it before my appointment and I had to complete my transaction with someone else. 2. The car I came to see had trash in it. 3. I bought the car and it didn’t come with a full tank of gas. 4. The next day the car wouldn’t start at my house. After several attempts, the car started and I brought it back to the dealer to discuss. The sales person said the shop wouldn't look at the car until 4-5 days from then.It is unacceptable that the dealership wouldn’t look at the car they sold the day before that wouldn’t start. Especially when I have an infant with me. More

We test drove this truck with Frankie a few weeks ago, and dealt with both Sam's this past weekend to complete the sale and are very pleased with all of them. Where to start! I had found a corvette on the dealerships website I was interested in. I filled out a request on the site to be contacted seeing when I found it, it was rather late. After waiting for 2-3 days and no contact I decided I better call myself. Finally got a salesmen on the phone. This was lack luster at best. I was asking app the questions, which is fine but he seemed to know very little. I asked for pictures which he did provide. I sold myself the car basically. Their was no negotiations, they refused to budge. I can respect that. I informed the salesman that I would be coming out if state about 9 hours. Before I got on the road I had done all the finicial side already. I had 2 certified checks ready to go. Once I arrived, fortunately the car was what I wanted and we'll taken care of. I went inside to sign the papers. After signing a few, the salesman said he was waiting for the other papers I had to sign with another person. I think I sat at the salesmans desk for 35-45 mins waiting. Salesman was off doing something else the entire time. Finally I was on my way home. With the deal on the car, I was promised a secondary key/fob as it was only traded in with one. I saw no problem with that and they supplied me the key before I left and said they would mail me the FOB when it arrived. I waited about 2 weeks with nothing showing up before I reached out to the salesman. It took me multiple messages before I got a response to which he lied and said it was in the mail. I asked for tracking info and once again no response. I called in and asked to speak to a manager. I was directed to Alex. Who seemed to understand my frustrations on no fob and no license plate yet. Mind you by this time it's been about 40 days since I purchased the car. Alex did get me my fob, which I thanked him for. He assured me he'd look into what was happening with my plate and get back to me. He told me that the documentation was sent and the title transfer company was behind. He mentioned the title company's name so I called them. They told me the dealership got a quote but never submitted the order. I again reached back out to Alex.Like the salesman, he became unresponsive and ignored my messages. Once again after a few weeks of no correspondence I called again and got another manager, John on the phone. He seemed to understand my frustrations as well and sent me to women Sandy to help with my plates. I purchased this car Jan 29th 2021. I FINALLY have my plates today March 25th 2021. It took me calling/ emailing almost every week. What an utter disaster! I would NOT recommend this dealership. It was lack luster at best. Once the transaction was done and they had my checks...I was of no interest to them. Terrible experience. More

Happy with the car. Salesman (Frankie) was helpful and knowledgeable (and not pushy). Waited over one hour to see someone in finance. Called the next day to ask for clarification on extended warranty - knowledgeable (and not pushy). Waited over one hour to see someone in finance. Called the next day to ask for clarification on extended warranty - asked to speak to someone in finance - was told I would receive a call back. Never did. I still have the dealer white stock stickers on my windshield. For a new truck that’s in the high 30’s, I would expect a bit more attention to detail and also a phone call back to your customer. More

The dealership has a website that advertised the car at $89,000 and said you won’t pay a penny more, price guaranteed but when I showed up they added $25,000 to the MSRP. That is ok if you want to do that but very misleading. Also, the people were very nice and professional but the whole process was very slow and inefficient. I had to wait around for almost 2 hours just to buy the car, once I agreed to buy it. Once again I want to emphasize that the people were very nice and friendly, but the experience was not ideal. More
