My service experience at Beck and Masten South was great! I was greeted with a smile by Frany whenever I came in. She listened to my issue and was able to explain the full process of what the techs were goin I was greeted with a smile by Frany whenever I came in. I received updates on my truck in regards to what was wrong with it and when it would be/was ready to pick up. Definitely a easy experience, thank you so much Frany!! More

I bought a Pre-owned Cadilliac Escalade in April 2022, I paid $60k for it. I took it in to be serviced last week, and the dealership is too low class to give me a loaner car. I want to speak to the General paid $60k for it. I took it in to be serviced last week, and the dealership is too low class to give me a loaner car. I want to speak to the General Manager about this! Very dissatisfied in the service from this dealership. I will not be recommending it to anyone!!!! More

All issues addressed, and vehicle was clean when picked up. I was kept apprised of progress by Andrew the service advisor via text, which he was quick to respond to, and call back if needed.
