Very professional, but at the same time friendly ..My last time I was there because of an oil change gone. In 10 years it never happened before. But according to the service tech. Oil had spilled out d last time I was there because of an oil change gone. In 10 years it never happened before. But according to the service tech. Oil had spilled out due to a bad oil filter. It happens to the best ones. Just Glad and lucky my Escalade panel advice me that it had no oil left and to take it to be serviced immediately! More

The Service Advisors Frany and Gabriela are excellent and always do a great job. I was how ever a bit disappointed in the amount of time it took fir parts to get in. The service it’s self was outstanding as always do a great job. I was how ever a bit disappointed in the amount of time it took fir parts to get in. The service it’s self was outstanding as to it was very quick once the Yukon was taken to the dealership. Great work on labor as well. More

Easy set appointment, easy drop off, but transmissions specialist wasn't available. I had to call the next day to find out status of repair. When bringing car around to me the tech guy set off my beeper o specialist wasn't available. I had to call the next day to find out status of repair. I really loved all the work done , i thought it was a little pricey but other than that i loved it 😊. The price was for an oil change, rotation, balancing, cabin air filter and cleaning throttle body , little pricey but other than that i loved it 😊.
