Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced!! Bought a 2021 Denali in December, put 4600 miles on it, lifter started knocking when I started the truck and they took over a month to repair the tru Bought a 2021 Denali in December, put 4600 miles on it, lifter started knocking when I started the truck and they took over a month to repair the truck and I never received a loaner car or return calls. They also changed the completion date 5 times and never offered anything for the constant inconvenience or a loaner/ rental vehicle. Thank God I had other vehicles. I can only imagine if I was unfortunate enough not to have another vehicle. I have since ordered a new Ford from a dealer I’ve used for years and received great service. It is their loss for sure as I own a fleet of company trucks and they will never get my business again. If you buy a GMC go elsewhere. More
