After going for regular maintenance every year, the dealership and its employees are exceptional in customer service. They follow up and they keep on top of every detail that will keep you satisfied for the ownership of you car. I have dealt with so many employees from sales to service and I can tell you there is no other dealership like this one!!!! So many dealership are just out there to give you the slip and sales pitch, afterwards the salesman is gone and the service is non-existent. Stay with North Park Toyota or any of their other dealerships, I give you a military service members word, they are the real car dealership you need to do business with!!! Old School Customer Service Mr. Fred Duron provided excellent service even though he was not my scheduled advisor for my repair. I got there at 7:05 am and my advisor was not the Mr. Fred Duron provided excellent service even though he was not my scheduled advisor for my repair. I got there at 7:05 am and my advisor was not there yet, thats when Mr. Duron asked me if he could assist me. He asked me the standard questions about my warranty and mileage and then let me know the warranty would not be verified until 8:00 am. I was not aware of this so I agreed to wait since that is the protocol. He informed me that he would have the technician check all the door locks on my 4runner so i would not have to return. (had drivers side replaced recently). Passenger side was now failing so i brought vehicle in for repair. He informed me that his tech did replace two locks on my vehicle. I was happy with his honesty by letting me know there had been issues with these locks. Honesty goes a long ways when providing customer service. There was plenty opportunities for me to be upset, but having a service background I know how difficult Mr. Duron's job can be. His disposition and attitude were key in providing great customer service. I shook his hand and thanked him for his help. Hopefully he will continue to be an example of excellent old school customer service. More

Still Impressive I have been dealing with North Part Toyota for over five years. I was immediately very impressed with Sales, Service and the Dealership itself and ev I have been dealing with North Part Toyota for over five years. I was immediately very impressed with Sales, Service and the Dealership itself and even after five years I am impressed on every visit I make to the Dealership. It was on my latest visit to service my 2016 Tacoma that a young Salesman, Isaac Avelar approached, introduced himself and asked if I might considered trading in my 2016 for a 2019 Tacoma and at the same time reducing my monthly payment. Initially I was a little skeptical to say the least but it was obvious Isaac had done his homework. Since I knew Isaac had done the work I told him I was willing to listen. Isaac is a very polite, courteous, honest, professional and respectful young man. After showing me all the figures with a generous trade in value and a couple of discounts off the new vehicle price I was again impressed. Isaac went so far as to remind me that my 2016 (which I have serviced at this Dealership every 5,000 miles) is in great shape and will continue to perform well for many years to come and that buying this new vehicle will extend my debt, but he also reminded me of this great deal on the table and the fact that my 2016 has 55,000 miles on it. I wanted to see the new vehicles and Isaac despite the near freezing temperature was very patient and showed me several of the new 2019 Tacoma's on the lot. After selecting one we went in to get with Finance, Mr. Khamis (James) Idais and get the Bottom Line figure. Khamis is also a very polite, courteous, honest, professional gentleman. In a very short time Khamis was able to put together all the figures and took his time in explaining every item to me before I signed each piece of paper. Bottom line I left the Dealership with a Beautiful new 2019 Tacoma TRD Sport feeling extremely Satisfied and a monthly payment $40.00 dollars less than my previous payment. A special thanks to Isaac and Khamis for all the help they gave me. Also want to mention Mr. Fred Duron who is my Service Consultant and takes good care of me every time I go visit him. Thanks Fred. More
