Excellent Experience I'm sure some people may like shopping for a new car. I am not one of those persons. However, Fred Fortson helped make the experience enjoyable. My husband and I were looking for a new 2016 Toyota Camry XLE with Parisian Night Pearl exterior and Ash Leather interior. After looking around the lot for several minutes and not seeing want we wanted we were headed to our car to go to another dealership. Before we reached our car Fred approached us. We told him what we wanted and it didn't appear that they had it. He asked if we had driven a 2016 Camry and since we had not we test drove an LE. Fred immediately started searching for the car we wanted. He didn't stop until he found it. I can't say enough good things about Fred Fortson. He really was so very accommodating making sure we got what we wanted. He was very patient showing me all the "bells and whistles" of my new dream car. This will be my third Toyota Camry and if Fred is still selling cars when I'm ready for my fourth Camry I'll seek him out. More

My 30th Bday present was a new GS350 My experience was awesome at this dealership, and i loved it. I came in the beginning of September and told Fred my bday was the 25th and I would l My experience was awesome at this dealership, and i loved it. I came in the beginning of September and told Fred my bday was the 25th and I would love to have a GS350 by then for my 30th Bday. Around the 23rd of September he called me up and said I have your car for you! He was surely right, I had no complaints whatsoever. The paperwork process was easy, everything was digital and I wasn't there all night like other times when buying a car. To top it off I requested that big red bow to take a picture with my new car, needless to say I got about 250 "likes" on Facebook!!! With my experience I think I will stay in the Lexus family :-) More

My experience with this dealership was wonderfu. I was greeted with respect upon entrance to the dealership. The salesman, Fred Fortson, was very knowledgeable about every vehicle I asked about. He I was greeted with respect upon entrance to the dealership. The salesman, Fred Fortson, was very knowledgeable about every vehicle I asked about. He was very professional and helped me through the total process of purchasing my vehicle. I told him what I wanted and he found it for me. I got the color I wanted, the price range I wanted and assisted me in understanding my vehicle. I wanted a black SUV (RX 350) only owned by one person. He is really a good Lexus salesman. He offered me beverages,coffee, water and other amenities offered at the dealership in Chattanooga. I had visited BMW, Audi, Cadillac, Infinity and Mercedes dealerships, but none could compare to Lexus. It was the vehicle, but overall it was the employees. Mr. Fortson is just great and very capable person. Nice personality and being a female we are hard to please. He was patient, answered all my questions and I left happy with my Lexus. I will encourage my friends to purchase one because of Mr. Fortson. More
