Loving my Lexus My husband and I visited Lexus of Chattanooga on a whim,as I was unsatisfied with my current vehicle. We were promptly greeted by Fred Fortson. Unlike My husband and I visited Lexus of Chattanooga on a whim,as I was unsatisfied with my current vehicle. We were promptly greeted by Fred Fortson. Unlike other car dealerships, we never felt pressured nor did we have to test drive the car with a sale person accompanying us. Fred Fortson suggested a vehicle for me that I absolutely fell in love with. He was not only knowledgeable but fun and cheerful as well. The entire experience was a pleasant one. We will definitely suggest Fred Fortson and Lexus of Chattanooga to anyone we know looking for a vehicle. More

The best service I have ever seen I have owned 7 Lexus and this one is my 8th. I bought it online and met Fred Fortson on the phone and by facetime/ iphone. What a guy! He went out of his way to make certain all of my requests were met and did a fantastic job of getting me a deal, all the equipment I wanted and fantastic service. Felt like family My husband and I went to Lexus of Chattanooga just to look and not really ready to buy . We first met Fred . He was so nice and very knowledgeable in My husband and I went to Lexus of Chattanooga just to look and not really ready to buy . We first met Fred . He was so nice and very knowledgeable in every car we asked about . We had driven the infinity as well as the Mercedes and the Lexus was by far our front runner. After a few days and a little research we had decided on the Nx200t F Sport. So I gave Fred a call and he did everything he possibly could to locate The exact car that I wanted . So within just a few days the team at Lexus of Chattanooga had brought The car that I truly wanted . I truly love my new Lexus. Excellent Experience I'm sure some people may like shopping for a new car. I am not one of those persons. However, Fred Fortson helped make the experience enjoyable. My I'm sure some people may like shopping for a new car. I am not one of those persons. However, Fred Fortson helped make the experience enjoyable. My husband and I were looking for a new 2016 Toyota Camry XLE with Parisian Night Pearl exterior and Ash Leather interior. After looking around the lot for several minutes and not seeing want we wanted we were headed to our car to go to another dealership. Before we reached our car Fred approached us. We told him what we wanted and it didn't appear that they had it. He asked if we had driven a 2016 Camry and since we had not we test drove an LE. Fred immediately started searching for the car we wanted. He didn't stop until he found it. I can't say enough good things about Fred Fortson. He really was so very accommodating making sure we got what we wanted. He was very patient showing me all the "bells and whistles" of my new dream car. This will be my third Toyota Camry and if Fred is still selling cars when I'm ready for my fourth Camry I'll seek him out. More
