Although it was a Friday and a long day for him, Fred made sure we were comfortable with the sale and his actions and demeanor sent a strong signal that his customers were his first priority. My initial contact with Fred impressed me to the point that I quickly made a decision to purchase in Chattanooga rather than at a dealership closer to home. Fred is definitely an asset to your dealership and you could not have a better ambassador for your sales department. The only aspect of the experience that could have been better was the detailing of the car. This is no reflection on Fred, the outside and interior of the car looked fine. I do have high expectations for detail work and the not-so-obvious places on the car had not been cleaned. The inside of the gas cover, and crevices where the trunk and doors close had not been cleaned. This is unusual for Lexus, I have always been impressed with the detail of a car, even after a service is performed. Part of the problem could have been the timing of the sale, there was not much lag time between the sale and when I picked the car up. I locked down the deal on Friday and then proceeded to the dealership to get the car. More
