Make sure you know what you need to have done. They may tell you, you need something done when you don't. All dealers have access to your vehicle's maintenance history (it is kept on line by GM), when they tell you, you need something done when you don't. It happened to me, I didn't need to spend $120.00 for a service that I had been done only a few months ago at another dealership. More
