Already have done this twice. Everything was very good. Easy making appointment and upon arrival was greeted pleasantly by service department. Waited for my car and didn't take too long. Make sure you know what you need to have done. They may tell you, you need something done when you don't. All dealers have access to your vehicle's maintenance history (it is kept on line by GM), when they tell you, you need something done when you don't. All dealers have access to your vehicle's maintenance history (it is kept on line by GM), when they lookup the VIN number they can see the maintenance history, so they have no excuse to charge customers for things that the vehicle didn't need to have done. It happened to me, I didn't need to spend $120.00 for a service that I had been done only a few months ago at another dealership. More
