Information entered by technician regarding mileage generated recommendations for service. The mileage recorded was "off" by over 35,000 miles. I mentioned it to the advisor but since he was so busy generated recommendations for service. The mileage recorded was "off" by over 35,000 miles. Repeat customer; ordered a new 2022 Yukon Denali because they advertised no mark up over MSRP. After 8 weeks waiting for the new Yukon to come in, they severely low balled me on my trade in.
