Information entered by technician regarding mileage generated recommendations for service. The mileage recorded was "off" by over 35,000 miles. I mentioned it to the advisor but since he was so busy generated recommendations for service. The mileage recorded was "off" by over 35,000 miles. I mentioned it to the advisor but since he was so busy with other customers, he forgot to update the system. I called when I returned home and the necessary revision made but "next service" date on W/S sticker very inaccurate. Lengthy time spent waiting despite having scheduled in advance. All personnel were very congenial. More

Repeat customer; ordered a new 2022 Yukon Denali because they advertised no mark up over MSRP. After 8 weeks waiting for the new Yukon to come in, they severely low balled me on my trade in. I was told that there were people on the lot eyeing my new Yukon and wanting to buy it if I didn't want to do the deal. I reluctantly went ahead with the purchase, but in retrospect I should have just purchased the new Yukon without giving them my trade and sold it myself. More
