To our surprise, their website provided 50+ photos of the truck we were interested in, as well as very detailed descriptions of the equipment choices our model offered. We live in Florida and decided to make the 6 hour drive to purchase our new truck from this wonderful dealership and their fantastic staff. Fred Munns is our sales representative and delivered on everything he promised. From beginning to end, there were no pressure antics or hidden surprises. Meryl Breazeale found us the proper financing and through professional guidance didn't oversell us on extended services that were unnecessary or didn't fit our needs. It is comforting to know that you can set an appointment time for service and not have to wait all day to have something done. NOT HAPPY Wether he did ithe knowingly or not I can not say, however, Mr. Munns was NOT HONEST with me. I went in to the dealership after doing research on kbb. Wether he did ithe knowingly or not I can not say, however, Mr. Munns was NOT HONEST with me. I went in to the dealership after doing research on kbb.com. I test drove the vehicle, during the test drive stopped at a gas station to check under the hood (fluids, battery and general visual condition) I noticed corrosion on the positive battery post. I offered to buy a vehicle at 1200.00 dollars above top end of "very good" cindition trade in value according to kbb.com. (I realize the dealship needs to make money) I was told by Mr Munns that "the dealership had done work on the vehicle, to include a new battery, and had more money in the vehicle than my offer. Now I'm not a mechan by trade but when ever I have put new batteries in vehicles I CLEAN THE CONNECTORS. More
