To our surprise, their website provided 50+ photos of the truck we were interested in, as well as very detailed descriptions of the equipment choices our model offered. We live in Florida and decided to make the 6 hour drive to purchase our new truck from this wonderful dealership and their fantastic staff. Fred Munns is our sales representative and delivered on everything he promised. From beginning to end, there were no pressure antics or hidden surprises. Meryl Breazeale found us the proper financing and through professional guidance didn't oversell us on extended services that were unnecessary or didn't fit our needs. Both Fred and Meryl made us feel like we were speaking with family and right at home. We left Herlong Ford smiling and pleased with our purchase. Fred has sold us many vehicles in the past, and we have developed quite a bit of trust in him. We know that he would only work for a dealership where integrity matters and where all of the employees are likeminded. We found the service department to be just as reliable. It is comforting to know that you can set an appointment time for service and not have to wait all day to have something done. We live a short distance away, but we have found the drive to be well worth the great service. This is our first experience with Herlong Ford, and we look forward to our future association with them.
