I have had the privilege of working with Fred on each Highlander I’ve owned, and there have been several. Fred has always been friendly, kind and approachable. He has answered my questions and explained Highlander I’ve owned, and there have been several. Fred has always been friendly, kind and approachable. He has answered my questions and explained everything in a way that I could fully understand and printed out paperwork with no issue. I appreciate all that he has done for me working to make sure that I receive the best deals within my budget. Fred’s calm nature assisted me with my nerves in purchasing a new vehicle.
