Happy Car Buyer At Longo Toyota After aimlessly looking at numerous makes and models at 3 other dealerships, we finally met Fred Williams at Longo Toyota who really helped us narrow After aimlessly looking at numerous makes and models at 3 other dealerships, we finally met Fred Williams at Longo Toyota who really helped us narrow down a car to both fit our needs and budget, and provided amazing customer service in the process. After thinking we wanted a HRZ/Rav4, Fred thought the C-HR would be a much better fit for us, and, even though we never heard of model, Fred took his time to show us one at the lot, going through the features and specs (an XLE Premium so a lot!), and took us on a test drive. While we loved the car, it was slightly out of our budget, we expressed our concerns, and Fred really fought hard for us, getting the price lowered to fit our budget and get us across the finish line as we did purchase the car. We felt the car buying experience was so much better at this dealership because 1) they took the time to go through the features and specs on the cars we test drove, 2) went through the available cars within our budget at the office instead of randomly walking around the lot looking for possible matches, and 3) didn't pressure us to make an immediate deal or would be unwilling to consider a price if we wanted to shop around. You would think all dealerships would follow these simple practices, but that simply was not the case at the other 3 we went to which is shocking at best. Lastly, our biggest challenge was finding a good selection of used cars (hence going to 4 dealerships total), and Longo Toyota had everyone beat in that regard. More
