Fred was an excellent salesman and never worried about the commission. He even drove the car to my house on a Saturday morning because I had no way of getting there. I drove him back and bought the car immediately. He was always honest and cheerful, and even shared the commission with a fellow co-worker who wasn't event there that day, but had taken our phone call the night before. That kind of respect and consideration is difficult to find in the car business. Paul is a very pleasant service tech and I get the impression that he will be working with me on ensuring that my car is safe and well cared for for some time to come. Everyone at Longo appears happy to be working here and they treat their guests with respect. I got an excellent deal and the prices for service are totally reasonable. The accommodations while you are waiting for service are wonderful and well thought out, especially for a busy working mother. Thanks for being what you say you are... a place that takes care of its customers. More

Always a pleasure going to Longo. The service department is wonderful. They always have my car done when they say the will. They come to me if there is a problem or more work is needed.
