Service Above and Beyond I began my interaction with Longo Toyota through an internet price inquiry on a used vehicle. Shortly after my inquiry I was contacted by the Fleet Ma I began my interaction with Longo Toyota through an internet price inquiry on a used vehicle. Shortly after my inquiry I was contacted by the Fleet Manager, Fred Williams, by phone. Fred was very pleasant and scheduled a date and time so we can meet in person so and possibly purchasing a vehicle. As life would expected it, we had to reschedule our appointment for later that day. Although I knew it was close to Fred's end of his work day, I asked if we could reschedule our appointment for later in the evening. Without hesitation Fred agreed. Needless to say after test driving three vehicles, we found the car for us. At no time did I feel pressured, nor did I feel rushed despite the fact we had gone past his scheduled end of workday. Also I felt confident that my wife and I received a really good deal on our vehicle. I have purchased several vehicles from dealerships in the past and cannot recall having such a great experience. I would definitely recommend Longo Toyota to anyone, more importantly I would recommend you visit with Fred Williams if you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle. There is a reason why they are the number one Toyota dealership in the country and it's because of salesman like Fred.
