Great dealership If you know what you want in a car this is the dealer for you. I was looking for a 2016 Tacoma ,and had a handshake deal in place with another Toyota dealer , then I get a phone call telling me that they could not honor it . I Visited another that promised me that they would have it but never showed me the paperwork on the truck I wanted., I asked a coworker if he knew anyone as he was a car detailer in his spare time. He recommended that I see Bob Keough at Braintree Toyota. I met Bob on Veterans Day and he immediately found a truck for me and we settled on a price. Bob being a sales manager introduced me to Fred Zeiba a sales associate at the dealership. Fred delivered the truck and instructed us on the different functions and systems in the truck. His knowledge of the different systems and options were detailed and very helpful. These guys pay attention to the details. With the prices of cars today you should be able to get it the way you want, not a car/ truck that they want to sell you. These guys will get you what you want and then deliver.
