After this most recent accident ,I called Fred Zeiba again. No worries for me. Fred as usual located my 2017 Camry . Fred is always so professional . I know that he keeps me informed and updated during the process. He always keeps my individual needs in mind. Meeting with Arthur Martel is amazing as he works to make sure the process goes smoothly. Car accidents are unpleasant and stressful. This is my 3rd new Camry in 2 years. Having a dealership you can count in is huge, Thanks to Toyota of Braintree! More

First vechile purchase I first visited Toyota of Braintree to just see what my options were for a used car, as I never purchased a car before. When I entered Joey approached I first visited Toyota of Braintree to just see what my options were for a used car, as I never purchased a car before. When I entered Joey approached me and was very professional. He was able to provide guidance as he realized where I was in the car purchasing process. Joey was insightful and provide me with general overview of various vechiles to establish what vechile was best for me. He then provided details on the differences between the different corolla models. Joey is a no pressure person. I returned later in the week and Joey was off and was assisted by Fred. Fred was just as helpful as Joey. He made the test drive informative and easy experience. He was open and honest about the vechile, the Carfax was provided and clean, not accidents, but the car did have character and I didn't mind it. Fred was sure not to promise anything he could not deliver and did everything he could to make me a happy car buyer. This is particularly true during finalizing my purchase. Bill helped with available options I could put on the vehicle. He made the process simple and easy. Additionally he explained how the dealer was going to provide me with some complementary car services and arranged my for my first appointment of three free oil changes. Wallace helped me navigate the options for financing and warranty options. He was very understanding of my financial position and what I need. Bob handled finalizing the paperwork when I arrived to pickup my car. He made the process easy and made sure the nuances of the purchase were transparent. A great help. I would definitely be returning and would recommend them and this dealer to anyone purchasing a vechile. Everyone involved in my car purchasing experience were genuinely nice and want to help! More

Best Car Purchase Ever We were looking to purchase our 4th Camry and were (highly) recommended to Fred (Zeiba) and Bob (Keough) from our son who had just purchased a 2016 C We were looking to purchase our 4th Camry and were (highly) recommended to Fred (Zeiba) and Bob (Keough) from our son who had just purchased a 2016 Camry and a few months ago purchased a certified pre-owned Highlander, who said that they would "hook us up" (his words). In our words, it was the best experience we have had when buying a car. They were professional, friendly, worked with us on the price and trade-in of our older Camry and, overall, catered to our needs. Now we, HIGHLY, recommend Fred and Bob to our friends and family. I arranged the entire deal online and when I arrived at the dealership there were no questions and the process went quickly and smoothly and professionally. I use the word professionally because that word is not often associated with car dealers. I want to thank everyone involved from Ed Walsh to Jason to Brian and Fred in making this an enjoyable and rewarding experience. I will make sure everyone knows where to go for their next Toyota purchase. One of my sons enjoyed his purchase so he recommended Tufankjian..... There was one bad portion of the entire purchase. Toyota of Braintree did not arrange for sunny skies and my car was in a monsoon and dirty before I arrived home!!!! More

They listened to what I wanted in a car and what I wanted to spend and found the exact fit! Class acts I have been telling anyone I know to go to Bob and Fred if they need a new ride. I think Fred was upset though because I can bench more than him and Bob was sad that I play golf and hockey better than him. But other than that it was great!! More
