We had a fantastic experience at this dealership from test driving Highlanders with Shane our Sales Specialist who also helped us narrow down exactly what we wanted, to Arthur on the finance/business end who talked us through pricing, working with our insurance company, registering our new Toyota vehicle and signing the leasing papers. We ended our experience with Fred, a Sales Manager, double checking that we had been taken care of and had everything we needed. We even received a recommendation for where to have dinner in the area! The owner, Greg Tufankjian, checked in with us throughout our experience. During our test drive on the highway, Shane explaned the Toyota safety system which comes standard on all Rav4. The system consists of pre-collision with pedestrian detection, lane departure alert, auto high beams, and dynamic radar cruise control. All these functions are very important to me. I was interested in an all awd and the color was light gray metallic. I told Shane I would like my wife to see the Rav4. When I called Shane and told him my wife was home, he drove the Rav4 to my house and once we got approval of the color the with deal was sealed. Our salesman, Scott Vallanti took the time to give us all of our options and was never pushy. He is an exceptional salesman in our opinion! We ended up getting a brand new car that WE LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure we knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. We also worked with Don Richmond with financing and he very easy to work with and explained everything thoroughly. Fred Zeiba the Sales manager checked into make sure everything was covered and we were happy. We highly recommend Toyota of Braintree. More

Ruben was also amazing. He asked us what we wanted and then showed us a car that I loved. We went for test drive and he answered all of our questions. The experience was great.
