Personal contact very poor. I couldn't get calls returned about my vehicle for 3 days. I was requested on line to approve costs for turn signal repair that were much higher than I couldn't get calls returned about my vehicle for 3 days. I was requested on line to approve costs for turn signal repair that were much higher than what I was verbally told. My wife and I finally went to service dep't, replacement of turn signal switch did not cure problem. Old turn signal was re-installed(so we were told)and the turn signal worked properly and continues to work. We purchased our 2015 Edge from Gus Johnson Ford new, and had it serviced there continously. The service was very good and very personal, not so with Corwin. We will not return to Corwin for service or vehicle purchase. More

Madeline was fantastic. Madeline kept me in the loop with constant updates as my vehicle required multiple items needing both fixed and new parts ordered for replacement.
