I went to Honda Universe to see a SUV and they snuck in $10,000 in extra mark up and fees!! I personal hate going to a dealership. Very accommodating dealership a nice welcome when you first arrive. They have coffee, snacks, and drinks. Extremely pet friendly here a decent size dog pen was built. My fiance and I never felt on edge or intimidated or being forced to go through the deal either. The atmosphere is zenned, quiet, and comfortable very comfortable. I'd definitely come back here hands down. Even after the sale. I get messages asking how things are if we have any questions which is an extremely important roll to us since we work so much and deal with our zoo at home. Subaru definitely has 2 new clients. Lastly A HUGE THANKS TO FRED AND JT. And the receptionists every time we go in it's always a pleasant experience. Thank you for everything!! More
