Although we enjoyed our purchases from Schumacher, this review is all about a salesperson who we trust and like very much - the one and only Fred Miller! There have been 5 Subaru vehicles in our family review is all about a salesperson who we trust and like very much - the one and only Fred Miller! There have been 5 Subaru vehicles in our family since 2014. Fred has sold us 4 of the 5. Regretfully, when the first one was purchased in 2014, we did not know about Fred. Had we known about Fred, I can guarantee that he would have sold us every Subaru in our family. We don't "support" any specific dealership, we without question and hesitation support Fred! What that means is that he's worked at three different dealerships since we've had the pleasure of knowing him. Currently, Schumacher is by far the furthest away from our Miami home, but we follow Fred wherever he goes and we will continue to do so. Call us nomadic disciples of the way Fred conducts business! In fact while at Schumacher, Fred has sold us two vehicles, both new and used. Not only has he always taken our trades, but he's given us top dollar and matched any other trade in values...EVERY TIME. The honest and uncomplicated way he delivers the pricing and details of the sale is professional, smooth, and non aggressive. We find it comforting and easy and non combative to talk about purchasing with Fred. As a consumer you might want to be guarded and nontransparent as a strategy to get the best deal. With Fred, it has been as simple as a few calls to get the deal done in a non aggressive laid back, pleasant manner. There are and have never been any negative surprises. If you want a pleasant, laid back and enjoyable car purchasing experience, go see Fred. I can't say if when will purchase another Subaru for sure since they last "forever", but I can promise you that if we do, there is only one call we intend to make and that call goes directly to Fred's cell phone number - wherever he happens to be working.
