Just completed swapping out a leased ’21 Crosstrek for a 2024 model. As usual, Schumacher Delray made it easy. Howard Borgen made us an initial offer we felt was fair. He led us through the various complexi 2024 model. As usual, Schumacher Delray made it easy. Howard Borgen made us an initial offer we felt was fair. He led us through the various complexities of signing up and connecting all the services and bells and whistles that come with a new car, and the finance manager helped us complete the paperwork in record time (1/2 hour!). Howard patiently and expertly tutored my wife and I in the use of the touch screen and various apps which are abundant in the Crosstrek, and paired my phone with the car so as to take advantage of the Android Auto capabilities. Since our visit coincided with a Subaru dog adoption event, we were told we could claim a free puppy to take home with our new car, but inasmuch as I’m allergic to pet dander, we respectfully declined.
