Service Department is awful and rude. No one gets back to you. Parts under warranty take months to get. No one follows up no matter how many times you call. They simply don’t care. I can’t wait to get rid of this car. I won’t ever buy another one. Big mistake. The only reason I did is bc it’s six cylinder. More

If wish I could select zero stars. I came in to wait for a simple oil change. I waited two hours without hearing a word from the service person. When I inquired about the length of I came in to wait for a simple oil change. I waited two hours without hearing a word from the service person. When I inquired about the length of time, I was told that they had not even started the service and that I had to wait for the technician to finish lunch. The service manager was rude and unsympathetic. I will never return to this KIA service center. More
