Fritz is THE man! I set out this past Monday with my wife intending to "see what was out there" in terms of 7 or 8 passenger vehicles. I had done some on-line research and just needed to see the vehicles that I was interested in. I went to Security Dodge after hearing about them on WBAB. Upon entering the showroom floor, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who very quickly located an available salesman. I was then introduced to Fritz Francois, a very friendly person. I told him that I would like to see the Grand Caravans in stock. We had to take a short ride to an off-site lot, but there were plenty of them to look at. I, and more importantly my wife, liked what we saw. Then we drove a Grand Caravan back to the showroom. Although I did not intend to buy a vehicle that day, I was put at ease by Fritz who did not play the 'games' that I was so guarded against. We discussed price, which I had discussed on-line previously with Nichole Danaher, and they not only honored the price I was quoted, but even beat their own price! Now, I'm sure that is built in to the process, but I ended up feeling like I got an 'un-pressured' good price on the vehicle that I wanted... Thank you Fritz! More
