Good customer service. I purchased a 2014 Dodge Avenger on 11/13/13. I went through the BJ's Buyer program and Fritz Francois was my salesman. I had a email confirmation on I purchased a 2014 Dodge Avenger on 11/13/13. I went through the BJ's Buyer program and Fritz Francois was my salesman. I had a email confirmation on what the price would be and he didn't try to do any haggling with me. The process was easy and I left with my new car. He even sent me an email on the one year anniversary and both times I went for a oil change, he says hello with a hug. A very nice man, I enjoyed doing business with him. My last free oil change and inspection was done on 11/28/14 and an oil leak was found. Since it was Thanksgiving weekend and I had company from out of state they got me a free car rental. My car was done later that day and I picked it up the next day. I lived a little from this dealer but I only had good experiences with buying the car and the two service appointments. More

Anthony Mecca the finance manager was great he got me a good deal and he kept his word. I told him I will pick up the car on friday and please have all the paper work ready as it was my daughters birthday. He had all the papers ready for me to sign I was in and out in less than 1 hour that was amazing. I would buy a car from them again. More

Car was dirty, Finance Guy tried to extort a huge premium to register the car $750 versus $75 on invoice, 5 weeks later my car is still not registered and I am still owed a second remote. Everyone is polite and nice, that is the only positive I can say so far. Make sure that you mentally prepare to deal with this business. I keep asking for a manager to call me but they either don't care or may be afraid to talk to me! My sales guy seemed afraid of his managers and seemed so impotent. More

They could not have been nicer or more helpful. Fritz showed me how to use all the features in the Jeep. He was very patient and said to call if I have any other questions. I would certainly recommend Security and would definately return when my family needs another car or truck. I've been to other dealerships and they don't compare. More

Fritz is THE man! I set out this past Monday with my wife intending to "see what was out there" in terms of 7 or 8 passenger vehicles. I had done some on-line research I set out this past Monday with my wife intending to "see what was out there" in terms of 7 or 8 passenger vehicles. I had done some on-line research and just needed to see the vehicles that I was interested in. I went to Security Dodge after hearing about them on WBAB. Upon entering the showroom floor, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who very quickly located an available salesman. I was then introduced to Fritz Francois, a very friendly person. I told him that I would like to see the Grand Caravans in stock. We had to take a short ride to an off-site lot, but there were plenty of them to look at. I, and more importantly my wife, liked what we saw. Then we drove a Grand Caravan back to the showroom. Although I did not intend to buy a vehicle that day, I was put at ease by Fritz who did not play the 'games' that I was so guarded against. We discussed price, which I had discussed on-line previously with Nichole Danaher, and they not only honored the price I was quoted, but even beat their own price! Now, I'm sure that is built in to the process, but I ended up feeling like I got an 'un-pressured' good price on the vehicle that I wanted... Thank you Fritz! More
