Extremely pleased with the service department. Excellent customer service when I have my car in for maintenance. Have the highest regard for the exceptional staff at Barberton Ganley for the many years I ha customer service when I have my car in for maintenance. Have the highest regard for the exceptional staff at Barberton Ganley for the many years I have been a customer. However, VERY displeased with Ford Focus transmission issues that have fallen out of warranty coverage despite the transmission having design flaws of which Ford Company is aware. Will not be purchasing another Ford product due to this as I do not believe Ford takes full responsibility for the flawed design. I would be hesitant to put my trust in another Ford vehicle because of the experience I have had with my car. More
