Had an appointment for a simple LOF and check air in tires. No filter check needed I let them know. Since I had to wait I made sure with the advisor that an early appointment had staff there to do it. G tires. No filter check needed I let them know. Since I had to wait I made sure with the advisor that an early appointment had staff there to do it. Got there at 0645 - 15 minutes early. The lady I made the appointment with was not there at check-in and left before check-out. 1st thing was told that not everyone was in yet. Took an hour and 15 minutes for an oil change. 1st time ever I had a LOF without getting the window washer fluid filled. Just seems like a long time for a LOF for being the 1st appointment of the day. Will try them again when the next LOF is due and see if this was just a one-time slow service and a one-time omission on the washer fluid. More
