I'm wothout words every time i come here for service. And even with my Altima, I will choose to come to Toyota first before stepping foot anywhere else, And i live an hour away. It may be because i go freque even with my Altima, I will choose to come to Toyota first before stepping foot anywhere else, And i live an hour away. It may be because i go frequently for service, maybe its the fact I have 2 unique vehicles. But when I call i get greeted with a friendly tone and they immediately ask whether i'm calling about my tC or the Altima. This last time, I called a little ahead of time, I was doing some work on the car and needed to have the allignment done before i could drive the car to work and back, so they told me come on down. When i arrived, they had gotten slammed with people showing up, with only an hour and a half left before they closed, 2 allignments ahead of mine. So Ms. Garland asks me to wait for one moment, comes back with a window tag in tow and tells me she will ask one of the free mechanics to bring the car over to the body shop to do the allignment that so i wouldn't have made the trip for nothing. They treat me like family every time i show up, And it brings me back every time. I did rate the quality of work 4* instead of 5* this time though, simply due to the fact i still have a drift to the right while driving, and the steering wasnt centered. But, it's drivable, so i'll make do for now. More

There are two individuals that need to be recognized: Jeff from sales and Garland from service. I was at the Toyota dealership about three times. At no point did Jeff place any pressure on me. He w Jeff from sales and Garland from service. I was at the Toyota dealership about three times. At no point did Jeff place any pressure on me. He was extremely knowledgeable on the Tacoma. Very easy to talk with. With the relaxed atmosphere and the awesome Tacoma, I had to have. Jeff and I worked the numbers, and was approved. The next day , I went to the service department to have the front side windows tinted. Garland approached me, addressed me by my last name. She was expecting me, as Jeff spoke to her, letting her know of the circumstances. I wanted a cover for the bed of the truck, and she already knew as Jeff had told her. Communication been sales and service was above reproach. These two individuals make your competitors look like amateurs. Good experience. Bob Spinder More
