Todays visit to Shottenkirk was very good and timely. There was a little thing I had to go back for. The mechanic that was handling the inspection failed to return the "setting on the dashboard info. I went back to have it checked and a young lady came out of one of the service offices and immediately asked if she could help AND after we went to the RAV for a look, she reached in and tapped a "button" on the steering wheel and IT WAS FIXED!! More
