I brought my car in for service at 930 am on Sat 8/15 and asked if they could try to buff out a scratch on the driver side rear door as well as the maintenance required. They sent it to body shop first and asked if they could try to buff out a scratch on the driver side rear door as well as the maintenance required. They sent it to body shop first and around 10am the service attendant told me they buffed out the scratch and it was on service now. At 1045 am I asked them what was taking so long and they were not sure where it was and then one of them said they sent it back to body. I had been there for an hour and fifteen minutes and they didn't even have it serviced. I'm not angry I just feel like it was poor service. More
