First, when I pulled up to the service bay I waited probably 5 minutes and nobody came out to help me. I had to go in and ask the lady at the counter if she could get some one to help me. This was a better visit than the previous one. The new dealer is improving. I walked the lot considering another vehicle but was never approached by a sales rep. Brought car in for service.Oil handprints on interior. I took it back & Garland cleaned it herself. When I got home from that, found black mask with nasal hairs in floorboard. I brought my car in for service at 930 am on Sat 8/15 and asked if they could try to buff out a scratch on the driver side rear door as well as the maintenance required. They sent it to body shop first and asked if they could try to buff out a scratch on the driver side rear door as well as the maintenance required. They sent it to body shop first and around 10am the service attendant told me they buffed out the scratch and it was on service now. At 1045 am I asked them what was taking so long and they were not sure where it was and then one of them said they sent it back to body. I had been there for an hour and fifteen minutes and they didn't even have it serviced. I'm not angry I just feel like it was poor service. More

Oil drain plug left very loose Tech left oil drain plug very loose, not even finger tight. If we'd left for Albuquerque yesterday the plug would have vibrated off, drained all oil a Tech left oil drain plug very loose, not even finger tight. If we'd left for Albuquerque yesterday the plug would have vibrated off, drained all oil and left us stranded on a 100 degree desert roadside and maybe wrecked the engine for $6000 or so. Lucky we found a 2x2 oil pool on floor this morning. Called and asked to speak to service manager at 0915 this morning. Receptionist said I would get a call back. Six hours later and no call. This is about attention to detail. Oil change/tire rotation techs may not be the highest paid but they may have the most impactful job in Service. Loose lugs = loss of wheel at high speed. Loss of an oil plug or loose filter could wreck an engine. More
