I believe her name was Gaby (?) In the service dept, was wonderful. She explained about the stupid rodents that ate my car, and what caused it. Then she assured me that they weren't going to be using that s wonderful. She explained about the stupid rodents that ate my car, and what caused it. Then she assured me that they weren't going to be using that soy based wrap, that attracts rodents, on my repair. It took longer than I thought, but they gave me a loaner so I didn't have to rent a car. So, Gaby was great! Unfortunately I don't know exactly how the technician did, but as of today, it's running great. More

Always My #1 Choice I have been taking my 2018 Camry since Shottenkirk Toyota Granbury has been there. I have always been able to call and and make same day appointments for service. No wait, very professional and friendly service, and car is ready to go quickly. They have a nice waiting area with large round tables, a fireplace, and a big screen TV. I bring my laptop to use with their free wireless internet, but never get too much work done before my car is ready to go. This is my #1 place to go for car service. More

I cannot recommend this Service Center Unfortunately, this is my second negative experience with Shottenkirk. My car had a warning light come on and I had the code run at Auto Zone. I too Unfortunately, this is my second negative experience with Shottenkirk. My car had a warning light come on and I had the code run at Auto Zone. I took my car in to Shottenkirk with the paper work from AutoZone describing the part needed. Shottenkirk took several days to diagnose the issue. I had to initiate phone calls to find out the status on a daily basis. When they figured out the part needed (the same part on the AutoZone paperwork), the wrong part was ordered and had to be reordered. The part came in and then another part (bolt) had to be ordered. My car was at Shottenkirk for a week and a half for a repair (part) they were informed about on the first day of service. I was not offered a loaner car until I informed them I may need one if the repair was gong to take longer. Honestly, the Service Center was much better with the prior ownership. More

My Prius presented an unusual problem that took a few weeks to figure out. The tech working on my car continued testing until the issue was resolved. I was very impressed with their sales staff's' professionalism and lack of any kind of pressure tactics. More inmportantly, I was pleased with their offer and their after market service in working out some technical issues with reagard to "apps". I would recommend Shottenkirk Toyota without reservation to anyone wanting great service on their existing Toyota or as a great dealer to buy a new or used vehicle from. More

Comments on recent service There was a slight delay when I arrived, due to only one service advisor on duty. Other than that the service was done in a timely manner. After I drove home (approximately 10 miles) I rechecked the lug bolt torque as I usually do. There were 4 lug nuts that were slightly loose. I retorqued them to the recommended 125 ft-lbs of torque. No problems, just noting a small concern. I have done this after every service since vehicle was new and this is first time that any have been loose. More
