Lucky we found a 2x2 oil pool on floor this morning. Called and asked to speak to service manager at 0915 this morning. Receptionist said I would get a call back. Six hours later and no call. This is about attention to detail. Oil change/tire rotation techs may not be the highest paid but they may have the most impactful job in Service. Loose lugs = loss of wheel at high speed. Loss of an oil plug or loose filter could wreck an engine. More

I cannot recommend this Service Center Unfortunately, this is my second negative experience with Shottenkirk. My car had a warning light come on and I had the code run at Auto Zone. I too Unfortunately, this is my second negative experience with Shottenkirk. My car had a warning light come on and I had the code run at Auto Zone. I took my car in to Shottenkirk with the paper work from AutoZone describing the part needed. Shottenkirk took several days to diagnose the issue. I had to initiate phone calls to find out the status on a daily basis. When they figured out the part needed (the same part on the AutoZone paperwork), the wrong part was ordered and had to be reordered. The part came in and then another part (bolt) had to be ordered. My car was at Shottenkirk for a week and a half for a repair (part) they were informed about on the first day of service. I was not offered a loaner car until I informed them I may need one if the repair was gong to take longer. Honestly, the Service Center was much better with the prior ownership. More
