The sales associate we were working with on the other hand was terrible....he was literally falling asleep while doing the paperwork...he did work hard to find us what we were looking for, but they were not willing to negotiate at all even though I found the EXACT same truck $4000 cheaper with LESS miles...and being completely waylaid by the first toyata dealership and almost double negative equity of the car we just bought from them 15 months ago.... needless to say....we went to nissan. Traded in the toyota highlander and bought 2 vehicles.....thanks toyota....for losing a great customer.... More

I came in to get my rotors turned and new brake pads all the way around. Two hours waiting and they hadn’t even started on what I wanted. They came to me with a list of items that had nothing to do with m the way around. Two hours waiting and they hadn’t even started on what I wanted. They came to me with a list of items that had nothing to do with my brake job. I did ask them to check my fluid levels but I didn’t think it would take two hours. I still never got anything that let me know my engine oil level, I’ll have to check it myself I guess. My brakes make a slight sshhhing sound when I brake as I stop. I’m assuming this is becarotors and pads. I was not warned this would happen. If it doesn’t go away after a couple of days I’ll bring it back in. If I do I hope it doesn’t take 4 hours like my last visit. Your employees don’t seem to have a sense of how valuable your customers time is. I’m not happy and may seek to have my 2013 Prius 4 serviced elsewhere next time. 4 hours for a brake job is too long. More
