This is my first new Toyota and I must say the dealership has been fantastic every time I contacted them. Never a wait. Always courteous and helpful, and. I was fairly sure I would buy a Ford explorer ar Goff in Clifton until I went to HEB market & my husband suggested looking at Toyota. Extremely long wait with appointment. My wife had a 3:00 appointment for an oil change and it took over two and half hours. She saw customers come in after her and had there car back in l My wife had a 3:00 appointment for an oil change and it took over two and half hours. She saw customers come in after her and had there car back in less then an hour. Then on the way out to get her car upon completion she was told something went wrong and the check engine light was on after the oil change. They corrected with no explanation. She was also told the car wash was not working so they could not wash it. She look outside and cars were going through the car wash? My past experience is it's hit and miss as far as good service, this isn't the first time we have had to wait this long with an appointment. More

FAST but issues Oil Change - GREAT. CAR WASH is TERRIBLE and always has been. Driver side was not clean. Dirt allover my truck. The wash must be broken. This is N Oil Change - GREAT.
