Back to Buick I had not purchased a car in years but when my car was totaled I went car shopping. I researched and test drove several European and American made vechicles. The Sheehan sales associates were the best: Stuart and Gerard were patient and assisted me with every detailed. I never felt pressured! Gerard even picked me up when I needed transportation to the dealership. I selected the Buick Encore because it met all my expectations Weeks later I stopped by the dealership. Gerard was happy to show me a few things as the first day when I leased my Encore. I'm 100% sure I made the best decision to lease a Buick! More

Excellent Purchase Experience Had an unpleasant experience with unprofessional sales people at two other Buick dealerships in the area. Took a ride to Sheehan and was greeted by Gerard White while we were looking at cars in the lot. He was very pleasant to speak with and extremely knowledgeable about the product. He was patient and answered all of our questions and said he would find out (and did) for anything he wasn't sure about. We worked out the details on the model and took several test drives. There was absolutely no sales pressure. We ended up leasing a new Encore and love it. I highly recommend the dealership and Gerard for the sales experience. We have not had the opportunity to have the car serviced yet.I am expecting that the service department will treat us as well. More

He listened to my needs and worked extremely diligently to get the deal that would work for me, and more importantly the car that I specifically wanted (Enclave). What I liked most about Gerard was that he was straight forward with me (no bs) which is something that is difficult to find in So. Fl. with so many "sharks" trying to push deals that are favorable for them to make their money and meet their quotas. However, I never felt pressured nor uncomfortable when dealing with Gerard at Sheehan. He understood my requirements and worked hard to get the type of deal that would work for me and earn my business. Before coming to Sheehan Buick GMC, I leased my first car at another dealership in Miami, Fla. and the experience left me scarred. I'm so happy to have found the staff at Sheehan Buick GMC. We've worked with Gerard White twice and recommend him to everyone. He is friendly, down-to-earth, patient and respectful (not pushy). He takes his time to ask you what you're looking for, show you the cars that best fit those needs, and explain their features. He also does a great job of of explaining the sales process and buyer's order and answering all of your questions. He's transparent and doesn't use complicated dealership jargon I don't understand. I've never felt pressured into choosing a vehicle or signing a buyer's order I didn't comprehend, and I feel like I'm in control of my decisions. I can say the same for their finance professional Fred Kaufman. To be blunt, my previous leasing experience taught me to be more suspicious of finance people than sales people. Fred is polite and warm. He explains the finance contract with transparency and without complicated jargon, so I feel confident in what I'm signing and agreeing to. Clint Thomas, their general manager, is also very friendly, polite and warm. He always pops in when we're meeting with the sales or finance team to check in on how we're doing and make sure we're happy. Leasing a vehicle always made me very anxious. I've found staff across departments at Sheehan Buick GMC who are all transparent and willing to earn your trust and happiness. I've never felt pushed by any of their staff or uncomfortable in my decision-making. I hope no one I've worked with at Sheehan Buick GMC ever retires, because I don't know where or how I'd lease another vehicle ever again! More
