GERARD IS THE MAN! Every 3 years when it comes time to start looking for new cars to lease I DREAD the whole car shopping process/experience. I had been seeing the new GMC terrains on the road and liked the way they looked. So I went to Sheehan GMC just to check them out & maybe take it for a test drive (was not planning on getting a car that day). Most car salesman I dealt with in the past were pushy and made me feel pressured. Until I meant Gerard White! He went above and beyond to make my life easier, I told him what I wanted to pay and he made it happen. Never once did I feel like he was pressuring me. I had went there with the intention just to look because I still needed to deal with my other lease and putting new tires on it. He called a tire place for me dealt with putting tires on my old lease & would return the lease for me!!! DEAL! Talk about convenience!!! His customer service was out of this world and he made the process as painless as it could be! I was in & out in 2 hours! I HIGHLY recommend seeing Gerard if your looking at GMC or Buick. More
