The major difference in this dealer and others I have leased from is the exceptional attention I received from our sales person Gerard White. Besides finding me a vehicle quickly,his attention to details pertaining to the vehicle were extremely helpful. His knowledge of the Enclave and how things work made for an easy transition from one vehicle to the other. Setting up my music and on star was seamless. Having driven an Enclave before learning how things worked was not necessary,but Gerard was eager to offer any assistance I found to be needed. Comfortable lease experience First day I walked in dealership - I was allowed to look and ask questions without giving my name, license etc. was lookin at all mid size vehicle at First day I walked in dealership - I was allowed to look and ask questions without giving my name, license etc. was lookin at all mid size vehicle at many dealerships -- some I just walked out of as I was not allowed to look outside or inside without a sales person by my side and wanting to sit down. Gerard talked with me but was not pressuring at all -- helpful with my questions and friendly guy -- very easy to talk to. I returned many times since I was deciding between 3 vehicles I liked. One day Gerard was not there and I said I would come back no problem. Stuart said he would be happy to answer any questions - looked around and it was also great that he was not hounding me - was there when I needed but was only chatting briefly and also very friendly also. When I made the deal - spoke with manager as well - (not sure of his name)--had 2 cars in mind - willing to negotiate - hated that part...as I didn't want to play games - went smoothly and he was easy to talk with as well.
