I started the process during Christmas time 2024, and he sacrificed a lot of his holiday time to walk me through every detail of the process. All other staff at the dealership are also very friendly and easy to talk to. The whole process was the easiest one I had when purchasing a new car and no hassle at all, including the finance part which literally took only 15 minutes (Anna is the Finance Lady). I have no complaint of any kind about this purchase and highly recommend this dealership - their repair service is also very good while I was taking my old Beamer there. More

My experience with Bill Jacobs BMW was exceptional. I live a few hours away so getting everything done over email/phone was important and they didn't play any games and there was no funny business. When I got there everything was the same as promised over the phone/email. The original vehicle I planned on purchasing was already sold (not the sales person's fault) it was at the same time as we were closing on a deal for it. But, they made it right and found me a different vehicle (same price and build). It worked out because the color combo when I saw it in person was better for me anyway. Michael, Preston, and Gigi were great to work with and I was in and out and on my way home quickly. More
