15 days to fix 4 issues with a newly purchased certified pre This is the busiest service center I've ever been too. The communication was horrible until I spoke with the service manager Brandon Troy. He was po This is the busiest service center I've ever been too. The communication was horrible until I spoke with the service manager Brandon Troy. He was polite, very understanding and always called when he said he would. The biggest problem is how they go about repairing multiple issues. One day one thing is fixed, the next day another, etc. If parts have to be ordered it takes 2-3 to get the part. I finally picked my car up after 8 days and the front end issue was not repaired. I had to leave the car for another 7 days while a strut was ordered and replaced. All this after purchasing a certified pre-owned car and having it for one week. Very frustrating and of course disappointing. I was thankful for Brandon's help and constant communication. More
