Nice, not his fault, but wish Nissan would give more wiggle room when in the dealership on trade it's or cost of a used vehicle. It did take a while to get the numbers I needed in a payment. Overall though the finance guy was able to get the payment I needed. Salesman was really nice and not pushy or I would have left. Very polite too. Finally the man I signed papers with was nice, however I didn't get a copy of the paper I signed about Nissan not engraving the vin number on the catalytic. Because I went to explain it to my insurance and they were confused on needing it engraved. But I didn't have the paper with my documents to read to them. More

He worked with me to get a deal that made sense, and I genuinely felt like he had my best interest in mind the entire time. Recently purchased a new Nissan Rogue, Gabe was respectful, professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job engaging not just with me but also with the family members I brought along. He created a comfortable, low-pressure environment and took the time to answer our questions as thoroughly as he could. One area that could have been handled better was clarity around the vehicle’s model year. We were initially under the impression the car was a year older, which factored into how we approached price negotiations. However, the vehicle we test drove and ultimately purchased turned out to be the current model year, making negotiations more difficult and confusing than they needed to be (all three of us who went both days had the same mixup). While we are still very happy with the purchase, that misunderstanding kept us from fully enjoying the purchase in the moment. All in all, it was a positive experience, even with the misunderstanding at the end. More
