I was without my truck for 2. 5 months the only updates I received were when I called to ask and then the tech didn’t even give the warranty company the right photos so I had to wa 5 months the only updates I received were when I called to ask and then the tech didn’t even give the warranty company the right photos so I had to wait 3 more weeks just for the correct photos to be sent. This has by far been my worst experience at any dealership/shop and I will never be coming back or recommending Newberg dodge to anyone I know. More

The worst customer service ever. If I could have chosen 0 stars I would have and unfortunately I had to choose one star. I have told all my family and friends never to buy a vehicle from this dealership. Bob Lanphere should be appalled about his employees!! This dealership had no communications, excuse after excuse, the GM didn't care about getting my car fixed. The finance manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. The service department had the worst communication, never fixed my vehicle and took it to another dodge dealership who actually cared and fixed the 3 issues that Newberg said they couldn.t find anything wrong. The other Dodge dealership found 1 recall and two TSB's. They gave me a rental car in Newberg and it looked like someone was living in it and cords showing on all tires. I would be more than happy if upper management would like to discuss my experience in more detail!! More
