Their understanding of my wants and needs, in addition to their communication and prompt follow through were superior to all of the other dealerships I visited. As well, Drew was beyond patient in training me on all things electronic and showing me how to operate all of the extras that come with owning a Lexus. The service department has been incredibly accommodating, even giving me a vehicle to drive while mine was being prepped. And the service area has amenities that make waiting very comfortable - including beverages and snacks. I am a customer for life! Thank you for taking the anxiety and hassle out of purchasing a car. Great experience overall when I took my mom to buy her new Lexus.
