Yoko excellent. Felt very tricked into purchasing extended warranty. Never in buying 4 cars, has this happened - had to do that day. Why you buy a Lexus Certified Felt very tricked into purchasing extended warranty. Never in buying 4 cars, has this happened - had to do that day. Why you buy a Lexus Certified! Even when, I called Finance Company, they agreed, When, I went up next day, they would not take payment, back to where it would be without extended warranty... however put it towards the principal. Finance Company informed that it could of been changed. Going from $202 a month to $402.... was not in my plan. All of that went to fast & misleading. My sales agent was great! 5th Lexus & this has never happened. It has left much disappointment in me returning to Lexus for next vehicle. Especially, laying down such a large down payment, I could have bought newer than 2020, if I wanted a large payment. Purpose of buying certified. Overall, unfortunately this experience was not good. Especially, since my other Lexus was totaled from someone hitting me & I was not even wanting a new vehicle. The car is nice, but definitely a learning experience. You buy certified, so you don't need extended. All the people that helped me at Lexus were extremely profession in training me - on the newer version. They are all helpful. My caution to anyone, watch when they send you in to talk about financing & warranty's. You should know there is a catch when they say you have to do it today. That is truly my complaint. Lexus is a wonderful vehicle. The manager was very nice as well. Expensive lesson learned. Will, I go back to Lexus for my next purchase remains to be seen. Again, Yoko was fantastic. More

Yoko was awesome in helping me with purchase of Lexus RX 350. She went over thoroughly important features of the car, answered my questions clearly, and speed up the process so I could go home in decent tim 350.
