Gerson was so helpful and attentive when I brought my vehicle in for a service. He was quick to get me checked in, and even though I did not have an appt, my car was done in less than 1 hour! He even fol vehicle in for a service. He was quick to get me checked in, and even though I did not have an appt, my car was done in less than 1 hour! He even followed through to let me know at the end that my car is completed. Great customer service everytime I am in Don Mealey. More

Gabby pairs her in-depth technical knowledge with a professional, friendly demeanor that builds immediate trust. This approach serves the dealership exceptionally well; hopefully Don Mealey, the dealership owner, takes notice. Furthermore, Gabby takes the time to listen thoroughly and in turn provides honest advice. Most notably, she respects the customer’s intent without resorting to high-pressure sales tactics or unnecessary up-selling. It is refreshing to interact with a service professional who prioritizes integrity and clear communication.
