I called to verify that they had a used car that was advertised online. I was told yes and that they would have it ready up front for me to see and test drive. When I arrived, I was greeted and asked if advertised online. I was told yes and that they would have it ready up front for me to see and test drive. When I arrived, I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I said yes, I'm here to see a used car and was told I'll get it up front for you now to see. When I came outside it was running with the door open so I looked all round the car and got into it to check it out. I then asked the sales man let go for a test drive? I was told no, we need to inside first to crunch numbers first before I can test drive the car. I told the sales man that I could buy 10 of these cars in cash. Why would I need to crunch numbers, I'm paying cash! I was told again we need to go inside first. So I told him how can I buy a car without test driving? So I left disappointed. Expecting to buy the car and possibly a new truck that I was going to look at for a second vehicle. Pretty stupid policy they have. How do you sell cars? More

Our experience with Kendall was amazing. He was not pushy and helped my daughter to get the new vehicle she wanted to purchase. The one she wanted was not on the lot but was to be delivere He was not pushy and helped my daughter to get the new vehicle she wanted to purchase.
