I have been dealing with Rallye for more than 2 decades and have been seriously thinking about getting away from BMW due to my unhappiness with my original salesman. The service advisor suggested that I sp and have been seriously thinking about getting away from BMW due to my unhappiness with my original salesman. The service advisor suggested that I speak to Gabe how completely turned me around, I don’t even know that he realizes how close I was to shop elsewhere. Well they misinformed me about service I had called the rallye when my car was at 34,000 miles he told me the service is covered till 44,000 miles meanwhile when I got to service dept I was over 36,000 mil rallye when my car was at 34,000 miles he told me the service is covered till 44,000 miles meanwhile when I got to service dept I was over 36,000 miles and they said the BMW doesn't cover the service More
