I could not be more pleased with the process from quoting to delivery and to returning my expiring lease. All very thorough and professional I had very specific requests as to how I wanted the car equipped and Gabe was able to find an exact match arriving just as my prior lease came up. I and my family have been happily dealing with Gabe for a number of years. This time when negotiating a new lease a $15. per month difference became a matter of contention for me. He was trying to get the p number of years. This time when negotiating a new lease a $15. per month difference became a matter of contention for me. He was trying to get the price down with his managers who had a take it or leave it attitude. I have been leasing BMW for many years and this was the first time I was considering switching to an Audi. I have a car not nearly as good as my last one, for more money. In addition my navigation hasn't worked since I took possession. I now have to drive to the dealership to have it repaired. I no longer would recommend BMW or Rally. The only reason I leased this car was because of my relationship with Gabe. More

I have been given the utmost best service at Ralley both when buying or leasing, or having the cars serviced. The staff communicate fully and have never disappointed me I'm any way. The servicing of my cars is easy and thorough. Never a hassle I am also very satisfied when I purchase and lease my cars. I believe in customer loyalty which is always there with Ralley. More
