He then spent some additional time w/ my wife to review a few vehicles of interest w/ her. We are able to close a deal in 1 day on a separate visit. I'll return in the future to work w/ Scott again & would definitely refer him to family, friends, and colleagues going forward. Great experience overall w/ Novak. More

What a pleasure to research vehicles at a location that is second to none. Novak Motors in Farmingdale has set the bar on professionalism, expertise and the no hassle of seeking out and purchasing a car. J is second to none. Novak Motors in Farmingdale has set the bar on professionalism, expertise and the no hassle of seeking out and purchasing a car. Jerry Mancini was absolutely the best salesman we have ever encountered. He was there to answer all our questions. He actually assisted our daughter and us each purchasing a car. The dealership is under roof. Each car / suv/ truck is detailed to a better than showroom condition. Kudos to the Detail Team!! Each vehicle gets more than a look from the mechanics. While roaming through the showroom, with every car for sale lined up by make / model, you will not find any salesman hovering over you. Every car is open and most you can start right up while inside. Once we test drove quite a few we selected our suv and the ease of paperwork was amazing. Our daughter financed and her rate was excellent! We happened to get Gabe in Finance while our daughter had Greg do all the paperwork. Did I mention every vehicle comes with a LIFETIME ENGINE AND POWERTRAIN WARRANTY for FREE? Unreal. They also offer, with absolutely no pressure and extended warranty. We couldn't pass it up as the cost was close to half the cost from new car dealerships!! While cruising the indoor "lot" we met Mike, the General Manager. He gave us the history of Novak Motors and all they stand for. Very impressive with no games, no fees, no hassle. You will never find a dealership with these types of people anywhere. You will be impressed. And delivery of every vehicle with a bow on top.Highly recommend. Will never use another dealership. All lease turn in low mileage impeccable vehicles, each one personally reviewed by. Mike before they are on the floor. More
